My family and I moved from Portland to Bend, Oregon in 2002. For over two decades, we've been proud to call Central Oregon home. Alongside my husband and daughter, I’ve built deep roots in this community—working in social services and volunteering with organizations that support children and families.
My desire to guide, coach, and support others on their healing path has always been part of who I am. That calling deepened after a life-altering chapter in 2023, when I was diagnosed with stage three colon cancer. Two major surgeries and six months of intensive chemotherapy followed, which brought me to my physical and emotional limits. Yet, spiritually my connection to God deepened and expanded and within that I discovered profound light: the unwavering love of my family, dear friends, and my hospital care team. That period was both devastating and awe-inspiring—and it awakened something in me that had long been stirring.

Years ago, I began experiencing sensations in my hands—subtle energetic cues that hinted at a deeper capacity for healing. When I attended my first horse clinic, I became intensely curious about this unseen but tangible field of energy. Reiki became the framework that gave language to what I had long felt. Through Reiki, breathwork, meditation, and the release of limiting beliefs, I found a path not just to healing, but to transformation.
I hold certifications in Reiki at the Shoden, Okuden, and Shinpiden levels, as well as in equine massage and cranial-sacral work. I also hold a B.S. in Human Development, which grounds my practice in both science and spirit. My work is a continual unfolding—a process of releasing trauma, integrating shadow work, living in heart mind coherence and inviting wholeness.

Through energy work, I guide others to recognize their inner voice—the witness that observes, questions, and gently brings buried truths into the light. We all carry stories, wounds, and patterns from our past. We all have the capacity to transform them. Our divine nature calls all us back to this knowing. This is soul work. This is energy work.
